• Revamping this website from scratch with Astro. Less GoDaddy, more craft.
• Thinking a lot about how AI changes the shape of product work, especially for the small, boring workflows inside fintech.
• Learning to code seriously, after years of getting by with “just enough.”

Reading

• The Pragmatic Programmer by Hunt & Thomas — finally reading the classic. It is as good as everyone says.
• Working in Public by Nadia Eghbal — sharp notes on how open source communities actually function.
• The Inner Game of Tennis by W. Timothy Gallwey — for the parts that are not really about tennis.

Listening

• Dithering, the podcast by Ben Thompson and John Gruber.
• A lot of Nils Frahm when I need to focus.
